This is a Kingdom Community built to mentor Christian Women into Living a Life of OMWG [ohmywhollygoodness] in their everyday lives. Together we will learn and grow in Biblical Principles that will assist in creating Freedom, Health and Wholeness in every arena of our lives.
Come “TASTE and SEE” that the LORD is GOOD! Share in our experiences that are FULL of Health, Wholeness and Balance … and see for yourself just how GOOD life can be!
TASTE and SEE that the LORD is GOOD; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. Psalm 34:8
I remain confident of this: I will see the GOODNESS of the LORD in the land of the living. Psalm 27:13
Food is Not the Boss of Me Group Coaching is Now Available!
Do you feel like your relationship with food is complicated? Have you listened to the world’s opinions about what foods are “good” or “bad?” Do you find yourself using food to manage your emotions? Does food have control over your life? Find the answers to these questions and more, by joining me to learn about the group coaching program Food is Not the Boss of Me.
Are you looking for FOOD FREEDOM?
If you don’t want food to be the boss of you, surrender your thoughts and invite the Holy Spirit into your life in a new way by focusing on the results that matter – the health of your heart, mind, and soul – not your weight or any results a scale can measure. You are invited to join me for my new program [partnered with Revelation Wellness®], introducing Food Is Not the Boss of Me: 21 Days to Food Freedom.
For 21 days, you’ll learn to get free from the world’s prescription of what you should eat or drink or what your body should look like.
Each day you’ll read a Biblically-based devotional, watch a short video lesson, and participate in an audio experiential activity. Together, these activities will take you about 20 minutes per day, so you can easily fit them into your schedule!
Additionally, there are optional daily workouts for every fitness level, a collection of recipes for fresh meal ideas, and a printable version of our Not Your Average Food Journal.
Why do it?
The world has set overwhelming and unattainable standards for our bodies through diet culture – we need something different!
You may feel as if your personal relationship with food is complicated, but there is hope!
You can train up your body and mind to lean in and learn to listen to the One who made you good. Turn down the volume on diet culture and tune into God’s voice by joining me for the group coaching program, Food Is Not the Boss of Me!
